Mr. CJ Comu is a 25 year professional veteran on Wall Street founding and operating five companies (two public) as Founder/Chairman/CEO. He has extensive knowledge and experience in building, funding and operating globally with a track record of over 100 companies he has counselled. Mr. Comu is CEO & Chairman of EarthWater Limited, Chairman of EuroCap Investments, Chairman of Regus Advisors, Inc., and sits on several boards and mentors.
Mr. Comu is a graduate from Langara College in Business Administration and has pursued post-academic studies, in marketing, finance, real estate and law. Mr. Comu is former President of the Addison Rotary Foundation, Former Vice Chairman of Galleria Credit Union, Charter Member of the Investin Forum. Mr. Comu is an active speaker at Southern Methodist University (SMU) to the Business Graduate Program on Venture Finance and Business Strategies. CJ Comu served as former Chairman/CEO of SUN Sports & Entertainment, Inc. a public company and one of the founder of MMA in TX. His Company produced some of the most exciting live events at places such as; American Airlines Center, Harrah’s Hotel & Casino as well as Pay-Per-View.
Mr. Barnes is a member of the Board of Director and experienced Executive team member, playing a strategic role in overall company management. Planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities including direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, lease management, deal analysis and renegotiations and partnership compliance and private and institutional equity and debt financing.
Buddy is a senior executive officer with over 30 years of experience in Business Finance, serving as a Chief Financial Officer and a key member of the executive team of a public company and VP finance of public and private companies from pre-revenue up to over $1 billion in annual revenue with international operations and exposure. Recognized as a strategic thought leader with strong negotiating skills and impeccable business acumen and integrity. Managed acquisitions in the technology and high-tech manufacturing area, as well as, the management of M&A transactions on the sell side. Commercial banking background that has aided him in the management of numerous equity, debt and bank credit facilities. Completed the strategic sale of a NASDAQ public company to a subsidiary of a large Japanese electronics company at an 80% premium to market value, in most recent CFO role. Additionally, managed the successful implementation of CRM and ERP systems and has significant experience in sales organizations, management reporting, corporate governance, board development, in addition to investor relations. A graduate of The University of Mississippi with a B.B.A. in Banking and Finance, and also completed the Mid-Management Certification Program at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.

As one of Dallas' most experienced real estate professionals, Don Frey brings a keen knowledge of the industry to the table when working with clients. He started the company, originally The Frey Young Group, in 1986 after creating a powerful reputation for himself at the Henry S. Miller Company (Grubb & Ellis). Don deals in all aspects of real estate, from land brokerage to development, and oversees the vital processes of the industry, such as zoning, financing, and construction to ensure that his clients get what they need to do business successfully.
Cash Riley, Jr. has been serving as EarthWater, Ltd. president since September 2016, prior to that his consulting company CRJR Partners, LLC. consulted EarthWater in Sales, Brand and Marketing beginning in April 2016.
Mr. Riley is a former Professional Baseball Player for the Los Angeles Dodgers, where he played professionally for 5 years. After retiring in 2001 from the Los Angeles Dodgers, Cash spent 10 years in the radio industry managing and selling commercials with Triad Broadcasting (Savannah, GA), Clear Channel (Dallas, TX.), Radio One (Dallas, TX.), Tyler Media (Oklahoma City, OK.), CBS Radio (Dallas, TX.). After securing 150M in sales for one of Richmont Holdings private entities Mr. Riley began a six-year partnership with Richmont as the Director of Business Development, a private, family-owned company with 2B in assets that has been in business for 26 years. Richmont Holdings activities include direct capital investments in operating companies, investment vehicles, as well as active and passive investments in which they provide capital, resources to support the growth of innovative business opportunities. It was during Mr. Riley’s time at Richmont Holdings he created and oversaw distribution, sales and marketing activities for ROCHON Premium Brands, LLC., which featured seven premium brand products including its flagship product Seven Canadian Still Spring Water where he served as president and co-founder.
CB is a Chartered Accountant and carries a world-class progressive experience of over 7 years in the field of Public accounting and corporate finance. He has served 100s of corporate clients including the Fortune Global 500 entities. He has expertise in areas like Financial reporting (IFRS/ US GAAP), Auditing (GAAS, SOX, and COSO), Financial planning & analysis, M&As and Private Equity Investments as well as implementation experience of ERP packages like SAP ERP, Peoplesoft, JDE and Oracle.Previous to EarthWater, CB was Executive-Corporate Advisory in Nabil Investment Banking Ltd.
Alex, a graduate from Oklahoma State University is responsible for the manufacturing and logistics of the EarthWater Product Lines. Some of his key responsibilities in EarthWater includes but not limited to;
1) Oversee all logistics, warehouse transactions, transportation of goods, and customer service actions.
2) Manage and direct strategies for areas listed above.
3) Account for the inventory management process.
4) Establish department designs for inventory levels.

Harley, throughout his career, helped start-ups solve their problems through excellent, usable design. He’s advised and done work for over 60 start-ups, including several who participated in the Tech Wildcatters, Health Wildcatters, and Collide Village accelerator programs in Dallas. He was formerly the Founder and CEO of CrowdFeed, where they innovated the way people engage at concerts and music festivals and helped bands and all stakeholders get more out of their gigs (more followers, more money, more valuable fan data).
Timothy, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Newman University with B.B.A. where he double majored in Business and Sports Communications and minored in Business Communications. He currently serves as Senior Account Manager at EarthWater. He is certified for any inbound marketing needs. During his time at Newman University, he mastered the skills of marketing, content design and data analysis. As far as his experience in Sales is concerned, in cold calls alone he generated $20,000 revenue in just one month for Point Protects.

Zach Teperman, originally from Toronto, Canada, and now based in Los Angeles, California, studied marketing and broadcasting at Seneca College.
