EarthWater Terms and Conditions

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the purchaser forfeits the ownership of any products purchased and EarthWater cannot guaranty that such product will be available at the same terms. Product will not be shipped prior to receipt of payment in full for such products.

Shipping Policies:

EarthWater will use best efforts to ship product within 10 days after receipt of payment in full for such products. Product damaged during shipping will be replaced by EarthWater at no charge.

Refund/Return Policy:

Product damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. EarthWater agrees to repurchase, at 90% of your original net cost, original and unused products, provided such items were purchased by you from EarthWater within one year prior to return. Such product must be shipped freight prepaid, accompanied by a signed "Request for Repurchase" form to the EarthWater Repurchase Department at 16220 Midway Road, Addison, Texas 75001.You agree, that EarthWater’s cost of prizes, bonuses or commissions, awarded and/or paid to you based on the purchase of any returned products and any indebtedness you still owe to EarthWater, will be deducted from the repurchase amount. You agree, that any sales aids and promotional items that are not intended to be purchased from EarthWater for resale are not subject to the repurchase provisions.


You may cancel an order until payment has been processed by EarthWater. Once payment has been processed, you must submit for a refund in accordance with the Refund/Return Policy.


Customer complaints may be sent to our support team at support@earthwater.com or 1-833-564-6414. EarthWater cannot guaranty there will be a resolution that is satisfactory to you. Each case will be looked at individually.
