His business background allows him to better understand corporate clients’ needs, as well as their interests. Mr. Shapiro has authored two books, “The Search for Justice” and “Misconceptions.” He also wrote a children’s book on the negative effects of drug use, which is available free-of-charge to schools. Additionally, he is a frequent contributor to Op-Ed pieces and legal articles. He has appeared on all cable and network news channels as a legal expert.
Mr. Shapiro was named by the National Law Journal as one of the 100 most influential Lawyers in America and is recognized as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America. Mr. Shapiro received a business degree in finance from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1965 and obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School in 1968.
Ms. Lemmons-Poscente is an American CEO and entrepreneur. Born in San Angelo, Texas, Ms. Lemmons-Poscente attended Southern Methodist University majoring in communications. She is currently Chief Executive Officer of the Global Leaders Organization (GLO) GLO website. Gerry was former CEO of Celsius Holdings Inc. (CELH), a public company. Over the course of David's tenure as CEO, Celsius made impressive gains in the fitness beverage category, posting record revenues for five consecutive years and a 22-fold increase in its stock price. The company raised $16 million through a group of notable strategic investment partners in April 2015, including serial entrepreneur Russell Simmons and model Kimora Lee Simmons. The brand expanded its distribution footprint under David's administration. In 2016, the US Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corpssigned a partnership to carry Celsius in all bases around the globe, while 7-Eleven and Sunoco agreed to place the product in as many as 8,000 of their total locations.
Throughout his executive career, Gerry has held leadership positions at organizations including Celsius Holdings, Vitarich Labs, HSN Direct, and his consulting firm Gerry David & Associates LLC, where he currently serves as CEO. He has been responsible for leading the turnaround of a public beverage company on the verge of going out of business, driving 5 consecutive years of record revenue, increasing shareholder value by 22X, establishing a subsidiary in Hong Kong, launching products in Asia, South America, Europe, and the Middle East, and establishing manufacturing in Germany, China, and the US; spearheading the revenue growth of a direct selling company from $2M/month to $4.6M/month in 12 months while developing a new product brand and opening a fulfillment facility in the Bahamas; and facilitating the turnaround of an established direct marketing company, including introducing over 20 new products resulting in a 30% increase in sales, moving the company to a more cost-effective location, and opening up the Israel and European markets. Gerry also lead the turnaround of five companies. Gerry began his career by founding a systems integration company specializing in the hospitality industry, growing the organization to offices in six states prior to its sale to a public entity.
Gerry attended Western Michigan University. He currently sits on the Board of: Physicians Made Beverages, Reedeux Media, Cutting Edge Beverages and Advisor to Rocky Mountain High Brands, Briggs Original and Karuna Beverages. In recognition of his professional achievements, he was one of only 25 Gold Winners in the prestigious 2016 CEO World Awards and was selected as "The Leader" in the CEO of the Year category.
Mr. Short is a seasoned beverage veteran, having spent 30+ years with The Coca-Cola Company. Don quickly rose in the organization, both domestically and internationally. He was a Vice-President of Coca-Cola USA, prior to a 10-year international stint with the Company. Internationally, he was Senior Vice President of Coca-Cola Japan, Division President & CEO of Coca Cola India, and then Group President Coca-Cola Africa and Middle East. In 2001, Don was appointed President and CEO of The Minute Maid Company, the world’s leading marketer of juices and juice drinks. He later went on to form the Beverage Institute for Health & Wellness in 2003, a nutrition research and education organization on behalf of the Coca-Cola Company. Don has consulted with numerous companies as a Beverage and Brand Executive helping fund and grow several brands.
Mr. Okpa is the principal of The OKPA Company, LLC, and has been appraising commercial real estate and consulting on international trade for many years. Was the first person to head appraisal function for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for its central region [eight states] from the late 1980s to mid-1990s.
In addition to his business experience, community service includes 2nd Vice Chair of the Board of the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce; Chair, International Trade and Relations; Chair, Business and Economic Development Committee. Until March 2003, was Mayor Kirk’s appointee to the City of Dallas Permit and License Appeal Board and served on the Census 2000 Complete Count Committee. Served on the Dallas County Appraisal Review Board and is currently on the Texas Board of the US Selective Service Systems under Region II, as a permanent board member. Dallas Mayor appointed Mr. Okpa to Chair the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center in 2004. Graduate of Dallas Police Citizen’s Academy Class 17 in 1999 and Alumni of Dallas FBI CItizens Academy 2003, Director of World Affairs Council of Greater Dallas, Participated in Dallas Business Journal Roundtable on ‘Branding the Metroplex’; June 2001. Mr. Okpa was a candidate for City of Dallas Mayor in May 2003 General Election. He traveled to several countries with Mayor Kirk on trade mission, including visit to Washington DC with Mayor Kirk to invite Ambassadors to the 20th Anniversary of Dallas Ambassadors Forum. In November 2004, Okpa was appointed to serve on City of Dallas Comprehensive Planning Advisory Committee as a representative of the chamber of commerce. He also received an honorary Admiral Status with the Texas Naval Academy.

Jim’s previous business activities include serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Thousand Trails, Inc., a national network and the industry leader of private campground resorts; President, Grantree Furniture Rental Corporation, which became the largest furniture rental company in America; and an eleven year career with Encyclopedia Britannica, Inc., serving as International Sales Manager and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Great Books of the Western World. As President of J.J Advisors, LLC, Jim has also provided full service sales and marketing support to select luxury master-planned communities. Jim is an active member of the World Presidents’ Organization, a current director of The Institute of Noetic Sciences, Aspen University, and EZ Grill, Inc. Jim also serves as Vice Chairman of American Global Health Group. Jim is the author of the book, “Beyond The Power of Your Subconscious Mind”. Jim and his wife, Jeri, reside in Seattle, Washington.

Mr. Solomon brings over 40 years in design and marketing under the banner of Creative Thinkers Inc. (founded in 1971) supplying creative and innovative solutions to domestic and international clients for their promotional, marketing and branding requirements. Ivan has also brought several projects to market and had great success with them selling some off to larger corporations; with his design background, he has been instrumental in the creation and branding of the EarthWater packaging and marketing. He is recognized nationally having been the recipient of several awards for his creative work.
Mr. Jung brings over 35 years in experience in the retail grocery business starting with the Overwaitea Food Group (a Jim Pattison company). His background includes merchandising, product development, management, operations, marketing and training. Mr. Jung held the position of Director of Marketing of the Save on More Loyalty Program, and with his innovation the program flourished to over 2 million members, He also managed a staff of over 500, he was the driving force in launching fresh daily take out sushi to the consumer. Mr. Jung brings a wealth of experience and contacts within our target markets.
Mr. Leslie Ball, also known as Les, has been Chief Executive Officer at Green Spirit Industries Inc. since May 11, 2017. Mr. Ball served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Corral West Ranchwear, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer of BTWW Retail, L.P. until April 2008. He was with Corral West Ranchwear, Inc. since 1994. Mr. Ball's expertise includes retail leadership in challenging environments, merchandising, apparel and softgoods, private label and ecommerce. Previously, he served as President of Softgoods and Foreign Offices at Montgomery Ward Corporation and served as its Executive Vice President and headed its apparel business. Previously, Mr. Ball has more than 40 years of retailing experience. Mr. Ball worked for 22 years in various capacities at R.H. Macy, Inc., where he served as President of Macy's East, President of Macy's Wholesale, President of Macy's South and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Macy's Midwest. He worked at Montgomery Wards from 1992 to 1994, Macys from 1970 to 1992 and Abraham Strauss from 1967 to 1970. He has been Vice Chairman of Cinsay, Inc., since 2009. He has been a Director at BMC Capital, Inc. since April 2016. He has been a Director at Green Spirit Industries Inc. since May 11, 2017. He served as a Director of ALCO Stores, Inc. from May 2014 to August 29, 2014. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the Detroit Institute of Technology.
