Mr. Short is a seasoned beverage veteran, having spent 30+ years with The Coca-Cola Company. Don quickly rose in the organization, both domestically and internationally. He was a Vice-President of Coca-Cola USA, prior to a 10-year international stint with the Company. Internationally, he was Senior Vice President of Coca-Cola Japan, Division President & CEO of Coca Cola India, and then Group President Coca-Cola Africa and Middle East. In 2001, Don was appointed President and CEO of The Minute Maid Company, the world’s leading marketer of juices and juice drinks. He later went on to form the Beverage Institute for Health & Wellness in 2003, a nutrition research and education organization on behalf of the Coca-Cola Company. Don has consulted with numerous companies as a Beverage and Brand Executive helping fund and grow several brands.
Mr. Shapiro is a name partner at Glaser, Weil, Fink, Howard, Avchen and Shapiro specializing in civil and business litigation. Mr. Shapiro has represented a number of high-profile corporations, including Rockstar Energy Drink, Diamond Resorts International, Steve Wynn and Wynn Resorts Ltd, and Cadeau Express as well as many celebrity clients. Mr. Shapiro considers himself to be an entrepreneur at heart and has founded two companies: www.LegalZoom.com and www.Shoedazzle.com. His business background allows him to better understand corporate clients’ needs, as well as their interests. Mr. Shapiro has authored two books, “The Search for Justice” and “Misconceptions.” He also wrote a children’s book on the negative effects of drug use, which is available free-of-charge to schools. Additionally, he is a frequent contributor to Op-Ed pieces and legal articles. He has appeared on all cable and network news channels as a legal expert.
Mr. Shapiro was named by the National Law Journal as one of the 100 most influential Lawyers in America and is recognized as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America. Mr. Shapiro received a business degree in finance from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1965 and obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School in 1968.
Daniel P. Son, a CPA, was Chief Executive Officer of largest Broker Dealer Clearing Firm PenSon Financial (NYSE) and member of the board of directors of Penson Worldwide, Inc. He served in that capacity since its inception in 1995 until September 2010, when he became non-executive vice chairman of the board of directors of the public company (NASDAQ PNSN). He formed and developed a worldwide execution and clearing services firm from a private start-up to a public company. Penson Worldwide, Inc. has had revenues in excess of $300 million. Penson was involved in the securities and futures industry, providing execution and clearing services to over 400 client broker/dealers around the world for equities, options, futures and foreign exchange. Penson recently formed a joint venture with two other companies to establish APEX Clearing to which the clearing business has been transferred.
Dr. Chirase, PhD – Scientist and Formulator. With an incredible wealth of knowledge concerning the attributes and health benefits of Fulvic acid. Mr. Okpa is the principal of The OKPA Company, LLC, and has been appraising commercial real estate and consulting on international trade for many years. Was the first person to head appraisal function for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for its central region [eight states] from the late 1980s to mid-1990s.
In addition to his business experience, community service includes 2nd Vice Chair of the Board of the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce; Chair, International Trade and Relations; Chair, Business and Economic Development Committee. Until March 2003, was Mayor Kirk’s appointee to the City of Dallas Permit and License Appeal Board and served on the Census 2000 Complete Count Committee. Served on the Dallas County Appraisal Review Board and is currently on the Texas Board of the US Selective Service Systems under Region II, as a permanent board member. Dallas Mayor appointed Mr. Okpa to Chair the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center in 2004. Graduate of Dallas Police Citizen’s Academy Class 17 in 1999 and Alumni of Dallas FBI CItizens Academy 2003, Director of World Affairs Council of Greater Dallas, Participated in Dallas Business Journal Roundtable on ‘Branding the Metroplex’; June 2001. Mr. Okpa was a candidate for City of Dallas Mayor in May 2003 General Election. He traveled to several countries with Mayor Kirk on trade mission, including visit to Washington DC with Mayor Kirk to invite Ambassadors to the 20th Anniversary of Dallas Ambassadors Forum. In November 2004, Okpa was appointed to serve on City of Dallas Comprehensive Planning Advisory Committee as a representative of the chamber of commerce. He also received an honorary Admiral Status with the Texas Naval Academy.

Jim’s previous business activities include serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Thousand Trails, Inc., a national network and the industry leader of private campground resorts; President, Grantree Furniture Rental Corporation, which became the largest furniture rental company in America; and an eleven year career with Encyclopedia Britannica, Inc., serving as International Sales Manager and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Great Books of the Western World. As President of J.J Advisors, LLC, Jim has also provided full service sales and marketing support to select luxury master-planned communities. Jim is an active member of the World Presidents’ Organization, a current director of The Institute of Noetic Sciences, Aspen University, and EZ Grill, Inc. Dr. Michael T. McNamara, MD is a pioneering MRI and preventive medicine specialist, with special emphasis on cardiovascular disease, cancer, and sports medicine. He received his undergraduate and medical education at the University of Michigan Medical School, followed by an internship in general surgery in San Diego, California. He then obtained specialty residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of California San Francisco. He also performed sub--‐specialty fellowships in non--‐invasive cardiac imaging and contrast media development for MRI, both again at UCSF. He has pioneered non--‐invasive diagnostic modalities such as MRI and CT in cardiac imaging, publishing the first discovery of detection of myocardial infarction in human patients in the Circulation Journal in 1986.
In 1986 he founded Europe’s first MRI diagnostic center in the Princess Grace Hospital of Monaco. In 2003 he founded Monaco LifeCheck Center – subsequent LifeCheck Centers were created in Moscow and Italy. He has published extensively. He served as the team doctor for 1992 “Dream Team” USA Olympic basketball team; as the official doctor for the Prince Albert II of Monaco North Pole Expedition in 2006; as medical consultant for the AS Monaco Football Club. He has held numerous Scientific Advisory Board and Board of Director positions, including General Electric Medical Systems, Bristol Meyers Squibb, Nycomed, MDdatacor, and Akloma Bioscience AB. He is currently the Medical Director and Global Medical Opinion Leader for Zepter International and BIOPTRON AG, manufacturers and distributors of the world’s leading medical light therapy technology devices.

Mr. Whatley is currently Vice Chairman of the board of Mary Kay Inc. He served as President of global sales and marketing prior to retiring in 2006 and accepting a position on the Board. Mary Kay Inc. was founded by, the iconic Mary Kay Ash and her son Richard Rogers in Dallas Texas in 1963. The company records almost five billion in estimated retail sales, sold through over two million Independent Beauty Consultants in thirty-five countries. Mr. Whatley has held executive positions with Avon and Mary Kay and has consulted to firms in the health and wellness field. Thomas brings a diverse background in consumer product marketing as well as international market development experience to the EARTHWATER grand vision for the brand.
Mr. Solomon brings over 40 years in design and marketing under the banner of Creative Thinkers Inc. (founded in 1971) supplying creative and innovative solutions to domestic and international clients for their promotional, marketing and branding requirements. Ivan has also brought several projects to market and had great success with them selling some off to larger corporations; with his design background, he has been instrumental in the creation and branding of the EarthWater packaging and marketing. He is recognized nationally having been the recipient of several awards for his creative work.
Mr. Jung brings over 35 years in experience in the retail grocery business starting with the Overwaitea Food Group (a Jim Pattison company). His background includes merchandising, product development, management, operations, marketing and training. Mr. Jung held the position of Director of Marketing of the Save on More Loyalty Program, and with his innovation the program flourished to over 2 million members, He also managed a staff of over 500, he was the driving force in launching fresh daily take out sushi to the consumer. Mr. Jung brings a wealth of experience and contacts within our target markets.
